Make a U-turn at the light

Go 1/2 block & turn right into the parking area
6. Turn right again through the parking lot and proceed 300 feet to 3811 (West End Dermatology Associates)

Take 295 North

Continue toward Exit 53B

Merge onto I-64 E for 2.3 miles

Take exit 180B for Gaskins Road N

In 0.7 miles pass the light
